Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing your order you acknowledge and accept these terms.
All digital products sold by Looks Ascend are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. This applies to both the Basic Looks Plan and the Ultimate Looksmaxxing Pack. By completing your purchase you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.
Looks Ascend sells exclusively digital PDF guides. Due to the nature of digital products, which can be downloaded, copied, and retained immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned. Once a PDF guide has been downloaded or accessed, the content has been delivered in full. This policy protects the integrity of our products and ensures fair use for all customers.
We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following cases: you were charged more than once for the same product, or you did not receive access to your download due to a technical issue on our end. In these cases please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of these terms. We maintain records of all downloads and access logs. If a chargeback is filed after a product has been accessed, we will dispute it with full documentation.
If you purchased the Basic Looks Plan and would like to upgrade to the Ultimate Looksmaxxing Pack, contact us and we will apply the difference. You will never need to pay full price twice.
If you have an issue with your order or did not receive your download, reach out before filing a dispute. We will sort it.
